That is because for events, we cannot issue tickets to you or allow third parties to process transactions, without some amount of personal information. For security purposes because our events are high profile and involve public figures, we ask for and collect personal information to issue tickets and to know who is attending our events in advance. If you use our services, including if you voluntarily register for one of our events, you are taken to have consented to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Personal information is information that is associated with a specific natural person or legal person and could be used to identify that natural person or legal person whether from information or data that we have, or are likely to have access to or that you voluntarily provide to us.
Collection of Personal Information
We collect, use, and retain limited personal information during the continuation of your relationship with us including when you use our services, register information with us, register or attend an event hosted by us, enter information on our website forms or correspond with us. We may supplement the personal information we collect with information from third parties, including information we are required to collect by law.
The information we collect includes a limited amount of what may constitute personal information:
- If you are a natural person, name, address, position, company name, telephone number or email address; and
- If you are a legal person, corporate identifying information including name, address, telephone number and email address.
We do not collect financial transaction information connected with a transaction to buy tickets or access to events. We use third parties, such as Eventbrite, who may collect and use transaction-based information that is unrelated to us. Such information provided to purchase tickets is not provided to us from third parties.
Use of Personal Information
We use non-personal and personal information we collect to provide our services. We also share non-personal and personal information we collect to third parties in connection with events we host as part of partnership agreements.
Retention of Personal Information
We retain your personal information as long as it is necessary and relevant for us to provide the services to you.
Withdrawing Consent
If you withdraw your consent for our collection, use or disclosure of your personal and non-personal information for purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we will not be able to provide services to you. That is because, as described above, for security purposes, we must know who is registered for, and attending our events in advance.

We may disclose your personal and non-personal information to third parties. This disclosure may be required for us to provide you with access to our services, to comply with the law or for us to comply with the terms of information sharing agreements with third parties.
